Our Policy:

The ensuing terms and conditions, implemented by Sunny Glass & Mirrors, govern all contracts, agreements, or sales involving SGM products (referred to as "sale" or "sales"). Any alterations, amendments, or changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be mutually agreed upon and executed in writing by Sunny Glass & Mirrors.

Price

Unless specified otherwise, all prices and services are net F.O.B. Sunny Glass & Mirrors (SGM) in the Bronx, NY location. Prices are subject to change without notice, aligning with SGM pricing indices and policies in effect on the date of manufacturing commencement. Prior to order entry, customers are responsible for verifying hardware parts, quantities, and finishes listed in the proposal. Any changes in these aspects will necessitate an adjustment to the quoted amount.


Delivery

Delivery occurs either upon the buyer's receipt and/or pick up of the goods at Sunny Glass & Mirrors' factory, or upon loading of the goods onto a carrier for transport to the buyer's designated address, whereby Sunny Glass & Mirrors provides tail gate delivery. If the buyer fails to designate a delivery address, charges may accrue. "Sunny Glass & Mirrors is not liable for any damages, losses, delays, or inability to manufacture, fabricate and/or deliver goods caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, embargo, strike, labor disputes, material shortages, transportation delays, laws and regulations, acts of God, terrorism, war, riot, civil disorder, pandemic, or any other which could prevents Sunny Glass & Mirrors from conducting its usual course of business.

Returns

In order to return goods, the Buyer must obtain prior written consent and shipping instructions from SGM. The Buyer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges on authorized returns, which must be prepaid. Unauthorized returns may be refused or rejected by SGM, and their retention will not be considered as an authorized return. SGM's receipt and retention of any return will not be considered as an admission that the goods do not meet specifications or have any defects in material or workmanship.

Sales Tax

Sunny Glass & Mirrors is required by law to charge and remit sales tax in certain States, based on the delivery address of the order, unless the Buyer provides SGM with a tax exemption certificate or capitol of improvement certificate. In all other States it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay the sales tax (or use tax) directly to the appropriate State taxing authority. Please check your sales agreement to determine whether sales tax was charged by SGM.

    2.This pricing is based on SG&M interpretation of the customer’s plans, hardware parts, quantities, and finishes listed on the proposal is the responsibility of the customer. Any changes in hardware parts quantities or finishes will require a change in the quoted amount.

    3.Please bear in mind that any in store pickup not retrieved within 3 days after order has been completed will be subjected to storage fee of $10.00 per piece, per day.

    4.Upon request, we will assist in loading items onto a car in adherence to F.O.B rules. Please note that F.O.B terms indicate that the seller's responsibility ends when the goods are loaded onto the carrier at the designated location. Therefore, any assistance provided in loading the items onto the car is at the buyer's own risk and responsibility. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the items are properly secured and transported in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any additional charges associated with loading and transportation of the items will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • 1.Pricing effective for 25 days (Saturday & Sunday included) from quotation enter date.

    2.For commercial clients we request a minimum of a 50%-75% deposit prior to releasing the order into production.

    3.Any orders not retrieved for over 20 days post completion will be scheduled to be destroyed or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Sunny Glass & Mirrors. In such an event, the costumer will be liable for both the cost of the order as well as the storage fees.

    4.This pricing is based on SG&M interpretation of the customer’s plans, hardware parts, quantities, and finishes listed on the proposal is the responsibility of the customer. Any changes in hardware parts quantities or finishes will require a change in the quoted amount.

  • 1.Pricing effective for 25 days (Saturday & Sunday included) from quotation enter date.

    2.For our residential clients we require payment in-full prior to beginning fabrication.

    3. Any scheduled delivery that is rescheduled per our clients request to a future date exceeding 5 days, will be subject to the storage fees stated in pick-up terms.

    4.Any orders not retrieved for over 20 days post completion will be scheduled to be destroyed or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Sunny Glass & Mirrors. In such an event, the costumer will be liable for both the cost of the order as well as the storage fees

    5.This pricing is based on SG&M interpretation of the customer’s plans, hardware parts, quantities, and finishes listed on the proposal is the responsibility of the customer. Any changes in hardware parts quantities or finishes will require a change in the quoted amount.

Payment Terms

For residential clients, payment in full is required before orders can be released. Any payments that are overdue or delinquent will accrue interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1 ½%) per month or at the maximum legal interest rate. Commercial clients are required to make a payment of 40% of the goods' price to start production, 30% at the beginning of installation, and 30% upon completion. There will be a 3% convenience fee for credit/debit cards. Written consent from Sunny Glass and Mirrors is required for all price and adjustment changes.
